Our Story 

We're Sibella and Lucius, two ambitious and strong-willed students at Xavier University, and the proud owners of Simply Sweet Macarons. With Sibella's life-long passion for baking and Lucius's knack for business and innovation, we hope to bring you the best quality macarons.

 

It was not until recently that we decided to take a leap of faith. Originally baking in Sibella's parents house for fun, we had always dreamed of starting our own bakery. Gratefully surrounded by friends, family, and professors who became our eager taste-testers, we were often encouraged to consider sharing our delectable creations with a wider audience.

Despite our demanding coursework in the business school, along with balancing sports and social time, we find joy in every batch of macarons we make. Not only because of the multitude of tasty flavors, but because we love to bring a smile to people's faces. Rather than being focused solely on making a profit, our goal is to be a part of the community and be a welcoming place to bring people together.

We are always continuing to grow and learn, and we have so many ideas for the future. From delicious seasonal flavors to wanting to ship the macarons to you!

All of our macarons are hand-crafted from scratch made only with most quality ingredients.
